Son of VSU prexy missing

The son of Visayas State University (VSU) President Dr. Edgardo Tulin was reported missing.

The information sprouted from a Facebook post of his sister, Ea Kristine Clarisse Tulin around 2:30 April 10.

Edrian Paolo B Tulin, the son of Dr. Tulin, was last seen on the said time and date while reportedly surfing with friends at the beach of Brgy. Guadalupe, Baybay City. Accordingly, the lace of his surf board snapped that resulted to the victim’s separation from his board.

Efforts to find the victim were immediately made by rescue groups but as of press time, to futile results.
